APX Authority provides fundraising strategy, messaging, systems, coaching, and execution support for political candidates and campaigns through APX45 Fundraising Mastery.
We provide education, coaching, templates, and strategic support. We do not provide legal, compliance, reporting, contribution-limit, or jurisdiction-specific campaign finance advice. You are responsible for validating all legal and compliance questions with your campaign treasurer, attorney, or applicable election authority.
We share strategies and systems that have worked for us and our clients, but every campaign is different. We do not guarantee any specific fundraising outcome, amount raised, or result. Your results depend on your own effort, execution, timing, and factors outside our control.
Some offers require an application and approval. We reserve the right to accept or decline any applicant at our discretion. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your campaign.
All content, frameworks, materials, and methods we provide (including The APX Method) are our intellectual property. You may use them for your own campaign, but you may not copy, resell, redistribute, or teach them to others without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the site or materials, share your access with unauthorized people, or use anything we provide for unlawful purposes.
Coaching and program discussions may involve sensitive information. Both sides agree to keep shared confidential information private and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, APX Authority is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.
We may reference or use third-party tools and platforms. We're not responsible for their performance, availability, or terms. Your use of those tools is governed by their own agreements.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
